Asylum

Claudio has titled this photomanipulation "The Arrow Shot"             http://oneshotpoetry.blogspot.com

Electro shock therapy.

Birthed me here.

My soul,

An arrow.

Here, I am free.

This shell,

Contains me,

Stuck in the walls

Like an arrow.

Longing for freedom,

To be shot from the bow,

Of my mind.

  1. Nicely done. Look at you. Good job, except you need to confirm and or fix that your url works on the One Stop Poetry site. I don't think it does work. They can't get here from there. This is a good move to get readers. There is another site called Big Tent Poetry that I use. And another called Three Word Wednesday. Not everyone here uses the other sites. How I get my url to work, I make my posting and then ctrl-c the address in the url box above the post and ctrl-v it into the url box on the site. Doing it that way guarantees a working url.

  2. Thank you, I couldn't fix the link where my name is number 35 or 36 but in the bottom comment it is fixed. Such sticky little widgets these computer formulas are.....makes ceremony look easy. Now I know the ctrl C and V so will always remember them!!

I wonder if my poetry is too short and choppy but I like it. It is my style I am not following any formula.
